Deed of Sale between William & Elizabeth Hussey to Robert Hussey Marion District South Carolina Wm & Elizabeth Hussey to Robt Hussey State ofSouth Carolina Marion District Know all men by these presents that I William Hussey in consideration of two hundred and twenty four dollars to me paid by Robert Hussey have bargain sold & released all that tract of land containing fifty eight acres situated near Catfish Swamp bounded by James Lewis land, by Jno Turner, John Hussey, John ??????, Robert Hussey's lands and Martha Hussey land & hath such shape & shapes as appears by a plat made by Joseph Lewis being part of a tract granted to Benj Blackmon from him to Jno Turner & by him to Sam Hussey I do for the consideration aforesaid bargain sell and deliver the above described land with all the rights members and appurtenances with it belonging unto the said Robert Hussey his heirs forever and I do bind myself my heirs executors& admins to warrant and forever defend the said premises unto the said Robert Hussey his heirs against me & my heirs and every other person who claim or to claim the same or any part thereof.
